As Saskatchewan's first ranch designated as a Provincial Heritage Property and a Canadian Tourism award winner, this historic family run cattle ranch reflects the history and heritage of ranch life in the Cypress Hills on the vast Canadian Prairies.This working ranch experience is customized for you to include your choice of ranch activities such as cattle drives, riding fence lines, cattle health checks, horseback excursions and typical ranch chores. Activities are set at a comfortable pace so that you can also enjoy beautiful and diverse hiking trails and guided ATV tours on the ranch property.

The Cypress Hills are unique. They hold indigenous legends of Chief Sitting Bull, the Fort Walsh Massacre and RCMP history. Enjoy the tranquility of mixed pine and spruce forests, unique alpine flowers and abundant wildlife. Discover the buffalo wallows formed by thousands of buffalo that freely roamed these hills in times past and take in the breathtaking views from the Conglomerate Cliffs on our property.

The smell of coffee brewing and bacon frying is a real treat after a full night's rest in one of our cabins with 2- person jacuzzi tubs or comfortable rooms in our heritage home.

After a day filled with fresh air and the great outdoors relax on the shaded veranda with a cool drink overlooking the panoramic landscape of Cypress Hills. Great western fare is offered and locally raised beef steak never tasted better especially in such a setting. The Ranch Hall Grill restaurant on the ranch is licensed for alcoholic beverages.

Let the stunning sunsets, wide-open spaces and cool breezes rejuvenate and refresh you. Top off the evenings with cozy campfires, story telling and maybe a bit of cowboy poetry with your host.
